Areas of Experience & Expertise:
Mr. Erwin represents and serves as counsel to very large and very small General Contractors, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, and Architects on contract issues and bond matters, collection and lien matters as well as litigation of complex private and public construction disputes in state and federal courts.
He represents Real Estate Agents in administrative matters; in litigation between owners and purchasers under contract to sell and purchase both commercial and residential real estate, Owners and Boards in Condominium Association litigation matters, Owners in actions to clear title to real estate, Tenants in Common in partitioning proceedings, and Owners in condemnations of real estate matters.
Mr. Erwin advises Owners of businesses and represents corporations and individuals in commercial and consumer litigation matters.
