Through his 50-year career, Ward McKeithen has had extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal litigation in a wide range of civil cases. He has practiced in the area of civil litigation and has served as lead trial counsel in both the successful prosecution and defense of major antitrust and class action securities lawsuits. He has also led trial teams and negotiated settlements of countless commercial and business disputes.
